The name “That Dirty Mexican Zoe” comes from his slick street hustling
ways; since peers often referred to him as shysty, greedy, and dirty.
Zoe, short for Gonzo, has been in and out of trouble ever since a
child, born Falcon Rivera Jr. in “The Cuts”, a project on the North
Side of Corpus Christi, TX. At the age 12 Zoe’s mother suffered three
nearly fatal strokes, which might have been the best thing for his
family, since this forced them to relocate to The Valley; due to
immigration issues with Zoe’s stepfather.
Just as things seemed to get better the trouble began again, and
continued throughout his teenaged years. Zoe some how managed to escape
the streets when he joined the United States Marine Corps in 2000.
Always having been curious in rapping his flows never made it past his
note pad and the lunch yard; actually recording seemed impossible.
In 2002 while stationed in Okinawa Japan, Zoe dropped his first solo album, “My Time to
Shine”, then his second in 2005, “The Gamble”, and his latest in 2007,
"Hustler's Gospel". Zoe has featured on several Mix Tapes including a
few that he has released as a label under Mean Hustle Entertainment.
Blessed with a style of flow that he believes could keep up in the
majors, That Dirty Mexican Zoe is determine to succeed as a Latin Rap
Artists.
